Our services include:

  • Tourist Visa Assistance

  • Test Preparation (IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, SAT, GMAT, GRE.)

Each category has different refund conditions.

Language Courses & Test Preparation

Before Course Commencement:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Administrative charges may be deducted.
  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.

After Course Commencement:

  • Fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • No refund after attending any class.
  • Fees are non-transferable.

Visa Consultancy Services

Consultation Charges:

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable.

Processing Fees:

  • Service fees once work has started (documentation, file preparation, submission guidance) are non-refundable.
  • Refund will not be provided in case of visa rejection.
  • Visa approval depends solely on the respective embassy or immigration authority.

Government & Third-Party Fees

  • Embassy fees
  • Biometrics fees
  • VFS charges
  • Exam registration fees

These are non-refundable and subject to respective authority rules.

Rehova International is not responsible for third-party refund policies.

No Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Scholarship approval
  • Exam scores
  • Immigration approval

Final decisions are made by government authorities.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
